Community Guidelines
The following document is shown as the currently published policy text.

Comitia Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

Comitia is a platform where creators can freely create and share stories.

These Community Guidelines describe the rules necessary to maintain a safe and creative community environment.

These guidelines apply together with the Comitia Terms of Service and AI Usage Policy.

2. Core Community Principles

Comitia aims to promote the following values.

Creativity

Creating new stories and characters

Respect

Respect for other users and creators

Safety

A safe environment for all users

Responsibility

Responsible behavior when publishing content

3. Allowed Content

Comitia encourages the following creative activities.

  1. Comic and story creation
  2. Character design
  3. Memes and creative content
  4. World-building and storytelling
  5. Fan art and creative experiments

Users must have the necessary rights to the content they publish.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed on Comitia.

4.1 Illegal Content

  1. Content promoting illegal activities
  2. Criminal-related content
  3. Terrorism-related content

4.2 Child Safety Content

The following content is strictly prohibited.

  1. Child sexual exploitation content
  2. Sexual content involving minors
  3. Sexualized depiction of minors

4.3 Hate and Discrimination

The following content is prohibited.

  1. Hate speech based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
  2. Violence or discrimination against specific groups

4.4 Harassment and Abuse

The following behavior is prohibited.

  1. Harassment of individuals
  2. Repeated attacks
  3. Threats

4.5 Intellectual Property Violations

The following actions are prohibited.

  1. Copyright infringement
  2. Trademark infringement
  3. Unauthorized copying

4.6 Fraud and Misinformation

The following content is prohibited.

  1. Fraudulent content
  2. Intentional misinformation

4.7 System Abuse

The following activities are prohibited.

  1. Automated mass content generation
  2. Abuse of service systems
  3. Use of bots

5. AI-Generated Content Rules

AI-generated content must follow the following rules.

  1. No direct imitation of another creator’s work
  2. No deepfakes of real individuals
  3. No illegal content generation

Comitia may restrict certain AI requests for safety reasons.

6. Content Reporting

Users may report content through:

  1. In-platform reporting tools
  2. Email reports

After receiving a report, Comitia may follow this process.

  1. Report confirmation
  2. Internal review
  3. Temporary content restriction if necessary
  4. Final decision

6.1 Appeals Process

If content is removed or an account is restricted, users may submit an appeal through customer support channels.

Comitia will review the request within a reasonable period.

7. Enforcement

If a user violates these guidelines, Comitia may take the following actions.

  1. Content removal
  2. Warning
  3. Temporary suspension
  4. Permanent account suspension

8. Policy Updates

These guidelines may be updated as the Service evolves.

Important changes will be announced.
